Through this policy Don Nicola Mazza University College (hereinafter “Data Controller”) makes to those who navigate (hereinafter “Users” or ” Data Subjects”) through the website https://international.collegiomazza.it/ (hereinafter the “Site”) some information about the cookies used and how to disable them. WHAT ARE COOKIES

Cookies are small fragments of text transmitted by the Site and stored on the User’s device while browsing. They are a mechanism to remember certain information, record browsing activity and improve the browsing experience.

 

1. TECHNICAL AND SESSION COOKIES

Google Analytics. This is a service that involves the collection of data for the purpose of tracking and examining user browsing behavior within the Site and improving the Service. All data collected and shared with Google Inc. is anonymized (by deleting significant components of both IpV4 and IpV6 IP address).

3. THIRD-PARTY COOKIES

PIXEL DI META: This is a service provided by Meta (“Meta”) that allows the follow-up of user behavior following a click on a Facebook ad and routing to the Site. It enables measurement, analysis and optimization of ad effectiveness for statistical and market research purposes. The data collected on the Site, with the use of this Pixel, does not allow the owner of this Site any conclusions about the identity of the user. The data collected (for example, the user’s IP address) is transmitted through the conversion Pixel, and Facebook stores and processes the data for conversion measurement purposes.
The Controller may receive reports from Meta which, however, do not contain references to Users.

SOCIAL PLUG-IN: These are small software snippets, which create a link between navigation on the Site and the third party’s social media platform. The cookie communicates navigation to the platform. The social plug-ins that can be used during navigation are: Facebook (https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins), Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Linkedin (https://developer.linkedin.com/plugins), Pinterest. Legal basis. Nature of provision and consequences of refusal.

With the exception of cookies that are necessary and functional to the Site, for other cookies that may be present within the Site (third-party cokies, social plug-ins) the legal basis for processing is the consent of the User.
